So Hum Practice Routine
🌅 Best Time to Practice
Early morning (before sunrise if possible)
Or before bed for deep rest
Empty stomach is ideal
🕯️ Preparation (5 minutes)
Find a quiet, clean space
Sit cross-legged or in a chair — spine straight
Light a candle or incense if you wish
Place hands on knees, palms facing upward (receiving posture)
Close your eyes and take 3 deep sighing breaths to release tension
🌬️ The Practice (15–20 minutes)
Phase 1 — Body Scan (2 min)
Mentally scan from head to toe
Release any tension you notice
Let the body become completely still
Phase 2 — Natural Breath Awareness (3 min)
Simply observe your breath
Don’t control it
Just watch it flow in and out
Phase 3 — So Hum Merging (10–15 min)
Inhale slowly → mentally whisper “Sooooo”
Exhale slowly → mentally whisper “Hummmm”
Let the mantra ride the breath — don’t force it
If thoughts arise, gently return to So…Hum
Gradually let the mantra become more subtle and quiet
Eventually it almost disappears into silence — that silence IS the goal
🌸 Closing (3 minutes)
Let go of the mantra completely
Sit in pure silence for 2 minutes
Bring hands to heart center
Mentally say “Aham Brahmasmi” — I am That
Slowly open your eyes
Sit quietly for 1 minute before moving
📿 Tips for your Practice
Don’t count — just flow. This isn’t a counting mantra
If you fall asleep, that’s okay — your body needed rest
Some days you’ll feel deep stillness, other days just calm — both are perfect
Practice daily for 21 days to feel the shift
You can also whisper “So Hum (Your Name) to personalize it
🌟 What You May Experience
Tingling or warmth in the body
A feeling of expansion beyond your physical form
Deep peace and spaciousness
Moments where the breath and mantra dissolve into oneness
That dissolving moment — where there is no “you” separate from everything else — that is the experience of I Am That. 🙏✨
So Hum 21 Day Journal
सोऽहम् — So Hum Journey
A 21-Day Sacred Practice Tracker
What It Is
A beautifully designed spiritual journal and meditation tracker built around the ancient Sanskrit mantra So Hum — “I Am That” — rooted in Advaita Vedanta philosophy. It guides you through a structured 21-day practice, helping you track, reflect, and deepen your connection to the universal self.
The Three Sacred Phases
The 21 days are divided into three inner journeys:
🟣 Awakening (Days 1–7) — Settling into the practice
🔵 Deepening (Days 8–14) — The mantra begins to breathe you
🩵 Dissolution (Days 15–21) — I Am That, felt not just known

Deep cosmic colors — violet, indigo, and sky blue — on a near-black background, evoking the stillness of deep space and inner silence. Sanskrit script, gentle gradients, and glowing orbs create a sacred, immersive atmosphere.
Philosophy
Every feature is built around one truth:
Your breath has been chanting So Hum since the day you were born.
The journal simply helps you listen. 🙏✨
